It is hard to tell from inside the car, but to watch it going down the road then braking the back end comes up and the front end does not dip. maybe that is why my neck hurts.

Your probably so used to it you dont see the nose dive. Set up a cell phone and take a video of you slamming on the brakes to see how bad it actually is.

230k on stock set up, your a better man than I am. I was getting sea sick at 140K not to mention my tires were wearing crazy and making lots of noise from the cupping.

yeah, might be time to change those out, also check to see if you have any rear pads left on your brakes, if youve never changed those, this too could be a problem

the rear struts came off before when they were froze up in the winter but as luck would have it the nut for the springs wouldn't come out so they went back on. I also noticed the rear drivers side wheel wobbles/the rim has a dent/the rotor may be warped but that is just me eyeballing it who knows if while spinning it my head was moving.
another thing is the brakes seem to be hazed and screeching I tried taking a belt sander to the pads but it didn't change anything.
should it be taken to the lemons ultra 300k demolition derby race?

it sounds to me like it needs to be taken to the garage for much needed repair work before you drive it, much less try to race it...

It also appears that the headlights are pointing very close to the bumper. one of the valve stems has a leak and I can't just jack it up, pop the bead and throw another one in there with these low profile tires.

The front tire on the passenger side needs a new valve stem- it has a slow leak.
the headlights are pointing at the ground too close to the car.
I am going to find the grease fittings once the car gets here.
