Front Left Speaker Noise

Ive got a lot of noise in my front left speaker that whines when I accelerate and Ive had enough of it. What do I do to get rid of it? I heard about the choke coil but I cant find one online for sale anywhere. I have a pioneer aftermarket deck and pioneer speakers.

You have a loose ground somewhere, pull the deck and make sure all your cables are sealed. That's what will happen if a speaker ground touches the chassis.
