I have a white 91+ and 2 95's one emerald green and one silver the silver one has 225/50VR16 Falkens on it and for some reason when you go down the road the steering wheel moves all over and sometimes when you turn the steering gets very stiff at low speeds for example when parking I now that shouldnt happen. Ford has installed new front stableizer bars but the problem is still there. Is this a normal condition when you go to a lower profile tire? I have never had this problem before I think it could be a bad rack-n-pinion but I have no other signs of problems. We are going to put the stock size back on and see if it goes away first. Any thoughts let me know. Thanks, Tracy

Holy run-on sentence!
Sounds like the rack is going, but check the simple stuff first. Are the tie rod ends binding? Is the steering system low on fluid?
Get the system flushed (or do it yourself) and see if that improves it. Use a good Type F automatic transmission fluid.
If that doesn't help, look at the rest of the system. Does the pump groan? Do you get little shimmies in the wheel when you hold it at a constant angle (when stopped)? These indicate a bad pump/rack respectively.
I have the latter case, and a bad rack, but at 140k miles and an original owner who never flushed the fluid, I guess that's expected.
