Hey guys,
So im getting a clunking noise in the front suspesion, more noticably on the front passenger side. I just replaced the control arms, strut rod bushings, axle, inner, and outer tie rods. Just got an alignment and i am noticing this clunk. I torqued everything correctly then drove it to work and back then retorqued everything. I have aluminum subframe bushings as well. Any suggestions?

most common front end clunk is due to bad upper strut mounts.

I also put in new strut bearings. Before i replaced everything I had no clunk. Ill look into the mounts. How many threads should be showing on the strut nut?

Could be a loose strut rod bushing retainer. It will need to be welded in place.

Could it still be loose even after a good visual inspection? Everything looked good when i removed the old bushings and there was no clunking. After i installed the new ones thi gs were not loose

There is the strut mount, where the strut attaches to the body. There is also the strut rod, which connects the control arm to the front of the subframe. Your clunking could come from either location, but I'm not sure which one you are asking about.

The sway bar endlinks are another common clunker in the front end.

Problem solved!
Turns out the washer between the aftermarket bumpstop and strut mounts was loose and was catching the edge making a clunking sound. I tightend down the strut nut and no more noise. Thanks guys!
