My front bumper sags a little on one side, upon opening the hood, i see what looks like a plastic mount for the bumper is cracked...Is this a seperate piece? or would i need a whole bumper?
That peice is called a Header panel... or headlight mounting panel depending on who you ask. Ford wants a alot for a new one, check out some after market places. I got mine for 21 bucks from a place called Certi-fit. It fit perfectly. Otherwise look for a used one!

Yes that is the header panel. Used Ford ones usually go for about 50-80 bucks, depending on condition. I would post a WTB add here in the open forum and I'm sure someone will contact you. Dan Barbush mailto[email protected][email protected]</a> is a great and honest person to deal with and he usually has stuff like this laying around...and he's an excellent shipper.
To remove your front bumper for adjustment, there are 8 bolts (4 on each bracket) in back of the bumper cover and then it slides right off after you disconnect the fog lamp and signal lamp wires.
Hope this helps, email me personally for more help or info mailto:[email protected][email protected]</a>

I will have to disagree
The headlamp mounting panel holds the headlamps, marker lamps and grille in place. It does not hold the bumper in place. I know because i crashed my SHO last november when it snowed and rebuilt the front myself. NOw its a red car with black bumpers. It actually doesn't look half bad. haha
