I have a Gen II ATX and have a few questions about modifying the front bumper.
First, I noticed some folks have put some kind of mesh behind the bumper, especially behind the Blue Oval...where do you get this stuff and will it stay on?
Second, the inlet-air to the engine is not great, in my opinion. Does anyone have an idea of a pattern to cut the bumper, allowing more air (I have a racing tranny cooler that is only partly behind the stock air-inlet areas), yet being rigid and not gaudy looking?
I was thinking of cutting the bumper, reinforcing the new openings, and using some kind of mesh to cover the new spaces...but I can't come up with a design that both looks good and is functional...HELP!
