Recently bought a 2011 sho and been having a fit with the front brakes sticking after few miles driving. Rotors get hot red but just in one spot. Already replaced front brake hoses, calipers, rotors, pads. Also went ahead and replaced master cylinder and booster from a 2013 taurus same problem. Only thing left is the abs module need help.

What do you mean by sticking? They intermittently grab, or they get stuck applying constant braking? Both front rotors get red hot? They wouldn't get hot only in one spot.

Does your car have adaptive cruise control? It's the only other system that could affect the brakes.

I think they are grabbing intermittenly because rotors are cherry red only in certain spots and car starts shaking bad. My car does have the acc any way i can bypass it in the meantime? I already tried disconnecting it and still did the same.

You probably have a bad brake line. (but you replaced those...) The internal diameter tube materiel collapses and acts like a one way valve and holds pressure on the piston after you release the pedal.
If you crack your bleeder and it squirts when you are not pressing the pedal, you have a clogged brake line. Or, a seized caliper piston or caliper PINS are not free and floating for the caliper to move around on. I'm betting it's a collapsed/clogged brake line.

Did you replace all the brake parts because of this issue, or did the issue start AFTER you replaced the brake parts? The comment about the rotors getting cherry red only in spots really confuses me as it doesn't seem any one single bad part would allow enough friction to cause that to happen. When you say the car starts shaking badly, is the shaking felt in the car through the seat, through the brake pedal, through the steering wheel, or some combination of those? If in the brake pedal and/or steering wheel, do you only notice this once the brakes are already hot, or is a hint of it present at all times?
