Well gonna go and see it. But gonna take everyone advice on the deal. The guy that has the SHO wrecking yard will sell me the head and the cams for only 250. + shipping. From what I understand it all there but I will probally not do it. Got no part car but got parts close by like only 100 miles away. Thank everyone for your input. Dont want to pay more than what it cost to buy a running one found one for 2800 but it has 130k miles also. Looking for one that is in good shape.

Sorry the SHO wrecking yard is on the forum. Sorry if I confused you. K.A.R.S or Kinmark (same person) is the guy here that is qualified to work on our SHO. Goes by Kinmark in phonebook online and KARS is what his billboard says. He is right by Morton and Sons.

I think I saw this one on ebay a while ago. Cam fail makes for few buyers. Especially since it's in BFE. Go kick the tires and see what it looks like. Try and figure out parts and labor and see if it makes financial sense.

yeah...kars is ok if you have to have someone do the work for you....but we have a few friends here who owns sho's one that was even purchased from kinmark....lets just say he makes sure you will come back......

You are buying a parts car at this point. Pay the crushing rate and no more and that is $300.00 ultimate tops.
I doubt that anyone will outbid you.
