All of you are far too kind. We wouldn't be able to exist as a business without support from the SHO community. I sincerely thank everyone in here !

Hey Torrie! I just says it like I sees it. :) When I have a good experience with a business, I'm the first to spread the good word. By the way, I'll be sending you a list of other stuff I'll be needing to get. Can you say repeat customer?? :)

I had the same experience. Ordered plugs/wires on a Tuesday and had them by Friday. I wish everyone could run a business that efficiently.

Agreed - I just got the parts to redo my rear strut rod bushings as well as my fuel tank vent and vapor valve. The service was quick, friendly and inexpensive, completely unlike any Ford dealer I've had the misfortune of dealing with. A1.

I had very excellent service with them too. They sent me updates on when the part got in stock, when they shipped it, and thanks for the purchase. Very nice place.

Yeah Greg was da man! Shimming all them cams! :D
Whoa whoa whoa. SHO work in Kalamazoo? Please chime; where would this be? I'd be happy to have a conversation with them, and perhaps throw them some money.

They're actually in Portage. I'm going in there this weekend for shims, plugs & wires & t-stat. Due to time constraints nothing else will be done, but this is what my car needs the most. Chris and Greg do one heck of a good job and are a great pair to work with.
