Ford Parts Network - WOW!!

Well, I ordered a part for Ford Parts Network today. I emailed back and forth with them last night, he sent me a paypal invoice this a.m. I paid for the part this afternoon about 3:00 and about 5 minutes ago I get an email with a Fed Ex tracking number. Tracked it and my part is due on on Friday!

WOW!! I'm impressed! Of course, you know, I just jinxed myself. But anyhow, I'm a happy camper!

I made a big order on Monday. Leslie got back to me a few mins. ago with my invoice and my UPS tracking number. Great service and the best prices on OEM parts I have found.

It just took me by surprise so much! After some of the customer service I've had in the past, and some of the customer service I've heard of (please nobody mention any names here), I didn't expect much. What a refreshing experience! I emailed them and told them that also. This is great!

and the package arrived on my doorstep so quickly, I found myself saying, "WTF!?" Think I'll place an order today....

I too have ordered from them and was amazed at the speed of reply and shipment. Their prices are awesome also. I plan on ordering the dealer parts from them when I do my 60k.

Torrie knows our pain; as he is an ex-'89 SHO owner. Whenever I go to a stealership for parts (unless the counter guy mentions he is getting the stage something or another for his SHO - nice surprise) I get the dumbest looks and "I do not understand what you are talking about , but I will gladly drain your wallet ."
Quick as **** service from FPN, and honesty. I like it. Most of our parts are special order anyway, so why not get a good price and service?
