fog light problems

a few weeks ago i thought my bulb went out, turns out it was a connection that came apart. after connected iut was fixed. now the light comes and goes when it please. i checked the connection and it sems ok. i also held the wires together with my thumb and i didn't see a spark. could it be the harness? or perhaps a connection again? the other light works fine

I had a smiliar problem with the stock fogs. The light would come on and off as it pleased. The connections were good and there were no frayed wires. Eventually I got fed up with it and just replaced the bulb. That did the trick. I would try that first before going crazy tracing through all your wiring.

I had a similar problem, I also changed the bulbs still didn't fix it. Then I changed the bulb socket it was green inside. That fixed it! About $4 for the socket.

i have some aftermarket fogs (blazertechs). if this helps. about a week or two when it decided to work it barely had any light coming from the fog light, then a few days later it was perfect like nothing ever happened. u think i should grab a test light to see if i have power going to it? and would the wires spark if the bulb was out?

i am having a hard time taking the blub out. i noticed there is a screw in there that will not come out for me. any help?
