Don't really want to shell out the big bucks for new fogs. Does anyone know of any bulbs that will brighten up the stock lights, so they will at least be functional?

To tell you the truth, I wouldn't waste any more money on the stock fog lights. I would just pay like 10-20 bucks more and get a nice new kit.

I think these are a great bang-for-your-buck. (if link doesn't work ebay #1847407900). How can you go wrong with 20 bucks?

Maybe this is good advice, Chris. Do you have any experience with these? I see others talking about Blazers, are these the same?

Mike they ARE the blazers, and I simply love them! Unfortunately, I have recently broken one and have bid on the pair indicated, but I am sure that there are more pairs under that sellers' name.!!!!

As stated, those are the blazers, except the only difference in these is that they have an optional wireless controller.
I have had blazers in the past, and really liked them, I just found some better ones now (but more expensive).

Trust me you WILL be happy with the blazers, if all you have seen is the stock ones.

Ok, thanks guys. I just did a buy-it-now on one of this guys sets on ebay. If you have used them, can you tell me if the stock wiring/switch are stout enough for the increased electric draw, or did you re-wire with larger wire?

Mike I used the stock wiring all the way until right behind the bulbs themselves. In fact, I the only thing I used from the "kit" i recieved was the bulbs themselves and a little bit of wire because they had the plugs to wire up to the bulbs in the housing. Other than that I gave the rest to Scott to add to his growing collection of sho scrap stuff. The factory switch works fine!
