I did a search and couldn't get any answer. I want to know if the flywheel bolts are the same for the ATX and MTX. I bent two of them trying to get the crank bolt off while I was doing my 3.2 swap and I need some new ones. There is an ATX in the junkyard near by I was wondering if the ATX bolts are the same or where I can buy new ones.

Not 100% sure , but i doupt it.

Cose of the flexplate being very thin , and the flywheel being thicker....(usually)

Never seen a SHO flexplate , but where the bolts are at , if its the same thickness as a mtx flywheel , it should be same bolts.

The stock 3.2L crank to flexplate bolts are too short to be used with a 3.0L flywheel. You'd be lucky to have 2 threads holding it together.

x2

The bolts are not the same, you need the correct bolts for the application as they will not interchange between ATX and MTX.
