The real trick is using the transmission cooling lines and running the car

That was before he put the Redline. For him to say the Redline blew up his PTU is completely misleading. Also I have not found a single post about him having his PTU replaced.

I used the Redline Shockproof lightweight stuff on my old PTU (about 2k before it popped) and I was very standoffish on how thin the fluid really was. I have zero study in hydrocarbons or petroleum but I just felt like it should have been thicker.

That was the main reason why I asked about the PTU failure. If he had one with Redline without all the missing info, I would love to know. I drug up the info about about the leak and wasted oil.

I could be wrong, but I still cannot find info that skyshadow replaced his PTU. I am not implying that he didnt. However, it is rare that a member on here loses a PTU and doesn't report it.
