Fitment Question Please Reply Asap!!!

i have a 94 mtx with a blown diff and i am looking at a 91 gen I tranny to replace it with i am just checking to see if it will fit my gen II i don't have much time so please reply asap if you know!

Yeah it will fit just fine. You may just have to remove all the cable shift brackets if the gen 1 tranny still has it.

ok thats what i thought i just wasnt sure if all the mounting points were exactly the same. its a rod shifter so im all set there too. thanks!
