was given a phone # .the # rings but says unavailable at this time. anyone know what state this guy lives in? looks like i have been taken for 190.00.this really ****** me off because the guy was all over me for his money and he got it right away through pay pal,he thanks me and then he,s gone!

How long can you file a complaint with the credit card company? Can Paypal get the money back?

He lives near Lincoln Nebraska, that is all I know. See if Jthod can get ahold of him, he ordered springs from the guy. Works at a parts store in Lincoln.

Update

Finally talked to him last night! Told me he shipped the parts out 1 month ago and he would look for tracking# after he got out of school last night.Said he would call me back last night and refund me the money if their was a probelm with shipping,never called back.I will call him today and try again.

I would contact Pay Pal about it, they can get your money back. There may be a timeline so I would act now.
