Greetings - I've been into Gen I/II SHOs for a long time, but never owned one until now. Bought this '91 white/black interior in July. Immediately ripped into it to replace the clutch and now doing the rod bearings. I'm in the Hershey PA area.

Welcome, Bill, nice '91 and the proper way to start the relationship, LOL! How many miles on the SHO? Were all the rod bearings like that? Subframe looks great!

Thanks! Odometers shows "25,000"....based on carfax it is probably 225k, but the title shows mileage exempt. I've only pulled off 4 bearings so far, since I was waiting on the new ones to arrive before I moved the crank anymore. One of them actually looks quite good. My last project was a 40 year old MG, so i'm loving removing bolts that have only been on for 25 years or less!

Big thanks to Brian Morgan (theGreatBriGuy) for selling me this car and hooking me up will all kinds of parts in the deal. Also, I've already purchased some parts from Dan Barbush. Great community.

This is the best online community I've been in, hands down. Has the 60K been performed?
