Last week I changed my spark plugs because of a bucking issue the car was going through. I used dielectric grease but only a small amount--it still bucked, a few days ago I loaded up three of the plugs with the dielectic grease(they were the three that had some oil in it) and it seemed to do a pretty good fix. Hasn't bucked in almost 600 miles! Down the road I know I will still have to fix these plug wells but for now its running fine.
