Installed my ALSFBs and reinforced MMs. The front bushings were gravy...the top of the rears were rusted on...some of the frame was alittle cancerous as well. Sandblasted what I could, and got her back together.

Except, when I went to put in the rear mount. As I was twisting it to get it between the tie rod and frame, I took my hand off of it for a split second to reposition it...it tumbled out, and busted me right in the mouth! For a few seconds, I thought I had a hole all the way through my bottom lip. It's cut inside and out, but not all the way through.

Need I mention this is the second time a FORD has dropped parts on my face...the first time was a crossmember out of an ******(not mine), that required 5 stitches...and as for this time, I'll be going somewhere soon to get it checked out...

The car is smoother than ever, I might add...almost no increase in NVH, so I am very pleased. Both mounts were broken completely, one front bushing was destroyed, and the rest were pretty rough.

I've dropped a number of things on my face/head over the years. Usually it was wrenches or ratchets. I finally got smart and don't work directly over my noggin any more.
