Console install is pretty straight forward. Take out ashtray housing, remove ash tray, mark where cd cage housing sits and cut away. Test fit everything and check to see if everything clears. I had to cut some plastic up inside but it didn't affect anything after it was all reinstalled.

You do have to run wires all the way to the trunk, as well as an antenna extension. I just clipped the rear wiring harness in the trunk and spliced back there. I had no idea a kit was even available that allowed you to splice into the factory connector (which I still have).
