Just scored a set of the 18 inch Interceptor rims to use as a winter set on my 18 PP from a local junkyard ($65 each!). What size tire would be best to use and anyone have any recommendations for what winter tires to use? I'm in WI and normally go with Blizzaks but wanted to see if anyone has had a good experience with a different set up.

Quite a few threads on this and how to figure out what tires you want. Shoot one is two topics below this one and a few more in the exterior mods section.

Man, I just turned into the old cranky forum guy.

Hey guys, I did the police package swap on my 2013. Since I was swapping out the 20" wheels to 18" I wanted the tire diameter to match. That way I wouldn't have any speedometer issues. With that said, I run Tire Size: 225-60-18 (Comes to within a 1/8" of stock wheel diameter). Also, being a WI native the more narrow the tire, the better off you are in the snow.

My 265/45R17 are the same OAD as stock so it still has the same speedo readings too. All that matters is how big it is ;)
