What is the biggest exhaust recommened for our SHO's?

I was thinking about going 2 1/2 - 3 - 2 1/2

What do you all think?

I would think the sweet size is 2.5" all the way back to a single muffler. I currently have a 3" to 2.5" (stock pipe for the bends) to 3" single system. You will need to adjust the MAF tables for something like this though.

Why would I need to adjust the MAF?

Because it will change the air flow though the motor. But the MAF table on the V8 SHO or rather some of the MAF related tables is way off so this should be done to get the most out of the V8 anyway.

Paul how much weight did you save by going with just one muffler?

About 25 lbs IIRC.

It's a straight through 3" Magniflow I think. Sounds great.
