exaust duration...what.

I was kicking around some ideas, i have a need to know the duration of the exaust camshaft. i know the lift figures are in my helms but they don't have information like duration in there. if you have some figures i would kinda like to hear them. thanks alot guys.

any guesses? well, i sopose i can measure it though the oil fill cap and a degree wheel on the crank pully, but that might be kinda inaccurate. so goes it.
