Hey folks general questions I've been trying to ask ortiz (lee)but no answer: the catch can b u ng option on their site says 15+ should I say yes if I want one even if I gave a 2010? Also what is the value of the optional silicone rear turbo hose? Can they do any powder coating color, say to match the exterior color? Thanks for your input in advance

PCV Port is in a different position on early EcoBoost engines. So it might not hook up to a 2010.

just pull the ends out of the hose and put them into a soft rubber house from your local parts store at what ever size you need.

Well I opened and read the jlt can instructions... it doesn't connect like the upr one does, so not needed. This was also clarified by @FiveLeeter918 that it's upr cans and the 2015+ models that the b u ng would be used for. Still leaves the question on the rear hose though? Color i

That's kinda why I asked if there is value in it. I work for the local parts store where I live. I can even get silicone hose. Don't really see a need to pay $40 for theirs unless it's molded or reduced or something of that nature.

I was talking the pcv hose up front. The S hose in the back is reduced and is a HUGE pain in the A S S

the EPP hose is a proprietary S hose that I would definitelt recommend upgrading :)

Pray that the bolt for the clamp that holds the stock one on is in an accessible position.
Well that's concerning lol. Hopefully it's accessible with a hacksaw blade if not. I'll make a tool if I have to. Where there's a will there's a way right?

Hacksaw probably couldn't get within 6 inches of it, there's lots of things you have to reach up in between to get to it. I could see mine but couldn't get a socket on it. Ended up using a flathead screwdriver and a hammer to tap it around enough times to get it loose.

Oh boy sounds like a real fun one. Thanks for tip man! As a former engineering student I'll say: I'll let my mechanic buddy figure that one out. Hahaha

Would having a lift make reaching the rear turbo connection any easier installing this cai? It would seem it can all be done at ground level... in theory lol

It would significantly make it easier. I did it on the ground with the car jacked up on jack stands at about the highest setting and it was a pain.
