the easy way is to follow the clutch intructions on shotimes (yeah I know, you have an ATX, but it gives you a good prep) undo the PS pump to PS rack lines, undo the strut tower nuts (you just got your car aligned right? you can take it back and get it redone in warranty. Spend the 50 bucks or so and have a tow truck come after you have placed the car on jackstands via the subframe, and have removed the 4 bolts. Have the car lifted over the engine. It helps when you know people with tow trucks :D Otherwise, you're going to need to place the car on blocks, and get at least 2 jacks on either side of the subframe, and drop it down, engine and tranny.

Or you can probably pull it out the top like I was telling you about yesterday.

I don't know how much space your going to have. Because you have to worry about the torque converter, where as I only had to worry about the clutch.

Ohh, and when you put in the new motor be sure to put in an oil pressure gauge, so you can keep tabs on the pressure.

Good luck, and if you have any questions I'll try and check my e-mail tonight.

You can pull the motor threw the top, but it is very tight. Make sure the P/S pump is off. I took the motor out of my 92 in 3 pieces, but when I put the new one in I put it down threw in one assembly. If you are patient and careful it can be done. Yeah make sure you support the tranny when the motor is out.
