engine whistle

when i shut the car off there is this light whistle like air being released or pulled in.. what is this noise ? maybe a mod ? not sure what all has been done to the car its in great shape no noises or anything from engine when drivin..

I believe that is the climate control shutting all the vents and such.

There is a vacuum tank in the pass fender. You are hearing the air passing the closed Throttle Plate and IAC as it goes into that tank.
