Are there any other pump options available besides the DW one? It seems like the XDI-35 is the way to go for the HPFP upgrade. Anything else I should be looking at besides the Gearhead intercooler then?
There is also the hellcat pump option which requires a little more modification to the sending unit.

I added myself to the email notification for the intercooler, so he's to hoping! I'm gonna get this round of upgrades and repairs done and make sure everything else is looking good, then probably order the HPFP and LPFP. Maybe by that time the intercooler might be in stock.

Intercoolers I think are in production right now

Current next plans:

XDI-35 HPFP
DW LPFP
Gearhead IC

Is anyone here actually running E-85 and can comment on the gains they saw? How about those of you running methanol injection?

I would search the forum for people running E85. There are tons of people running methanol successfully. That's my next upgrade after turbos

It's interesting methanol is so popular on here because this is the first place I've really heard about people using it much. Not sure if that's just because E85 is so expensive to run on these cars or what.

Did some more searching around on the E85 topic. From what I'm reading the huge reason people aren't doing it is cost. By the time you buy the XDI-60, DW300C, XDI+50 injectors, ethanol sensor, and get the proper tuning for it you're almost into it for 5000, and the tuning has to be done properly and the ethanol content monitored since E85's octane rating changes quite a bit through the year. Since the stock ECM isn't setup for it you're still piggybacking it to a point like the E30+ it sounds like. Also, one of the tuners was saying that the benefits are barely there for it, because the engine hits max timing adjustment at E40-E50 blend.

Just did e30 with AJP on my 17 all stock pumps. I also have a station that keeps their e85 at 85% all year. Easy full ups for me 1/3 e85 to 2/3 91. 4 gallons e85 to 8 gallons 91.

Glad that you have that option! Since the wife drives this, I don't want to worry about mixing fuels. lol

even tho the fuel systems are rated for e85 there is no data on longevity in the field. plus you know aftermarket parts are on your dime all the time.

Very true. For almost 5,000 dollars just to run E85 it's hard to figure out if there's benefit to be had there, especially because it's not just a plug and play setup, you still need to monitor the ethanol content because the stock ECU does not have compensation for it. Also after reading the fact that the timing was basically topped out at E40-E50 and it feeds into more reason why very, very few people are running it.

2013.

I've already got the majority of those items, but definitely want the Gearhead intercooler, DW in-tank, and the XDI-35 pump as my next upgrades. I'll be doing the turbos once my stock ones crap out as well. Methanol injection and mixing fuels is out for me.

I have a separate thread with my suspension setup upgrades listed as well.
