So it's just replacing the pump itself, not the whole sending unit assembly. What do they do for the module?
You should discuss with DW directly - I have only researched the Taurus. If he will reply to you, maybe PM directly Ecoboost_xsport for advice he has that saddle tank with the balancing, same system as yours, unless someone can elaborate here.

So making sure I have this correct -

The XDI-35 HPFP is needed for those wanting to run E30+, which requires mixing fuels at the pump and a proper tune, but is not required on a stock turbo car running regular 91 pump gas even when tuned. For a car with larger than stock turbochargers it is a recommended upgrade as the stock HPFP would be maxed out. To run E-85, you would want to use the XDI-60 HPFP, as well as dual LPFP/Hellcat pump, XDI injectors, and an ethanol sensor plus proper tuning.

The DW LPFP and module is needed for those wanting to run E30+ as well, or those running larger than stock turbos. It's also a recommended upgrade to replace the factory pump and module on a stock turbo car that's tuned, as the stock setup has known failure points.

Anything I'm missing here?

XDI-35 is recommended to max out stock turbos on pump gas, and needed for E30, and/or upgraded turbos. Correct on the XDI-60.

It is highly recommended to upgrade the LPFP with any HPFP upgrade. Only the pump is replaced, not the module.

Hadn't heard about needing the XDI-35 to max the stock turbos on pump gas. It wasn't a question asked about during tuning from Unleashed anyways, but I guess it could be tuner dependent. Do you recommend the DW pump to compliment the XDI-35 then, or a different setup?

My tuner indicated my gas supply was fine - however he did say if I wanted to move to bigger turbos and of course the IC - I would need a better pump to make sure delivery matched need. Without even upgrading to a better HPFP - I am still looking to make sure I get the tank pump ready - just in case I go more.

For me its a new IC and updating the LPFP for now. When GH restocks - I will be buying. Even without bigger turbos the truth is I am considering a fuel mix - so will be upgrading the HPFP some time shortly.

PS - back when I joined this forum, I was welcomed to the rabbit hole by someone... :)

Hence why earlier I said check with your tuner. Some figure you can get max power stock turbos without one, but to my knowledge all the fastest stock turbo cars are running an XDI35. Also depends what your pump gas is, mine is 94 octane 10% ethanol.

Absolutely run the DW with the XDI35. I actually installed my DW pump before the XDI pump.

I am FBO minus turbos, so I definitely need the XDI and DW pumps haha

Well, maybe it's time to look into the XDI-35 and the DW pump for the re-tune? I would also assume that setup would support bigger turbos outside of running E-85 from the sounds of it? I'm running 91 pump gas with no ethanol for the most part.

Are there any other pump options available besides the DW one? It seems like the XDI-35 is the way to go for the HPFP upgrade. Anything else I should be looking at besides the Gearhead intercooler then?

I've decided I'm not gonna run E30+ so I don't have to mix fuels, and I'm not going to run methanol injection as I'm just finding it to be a chore more than anything to setup and run.
