Engine/Trans Dimension

Yes, I did a search and I found engine dimensions but, does anyone know the TOTAL length of the 3.0 and 3.2 engine/transmission combined. In other words the length from the front of the engine to the back of the transmission? OR to put it another way, the total length of the engine/trans package, passenger side to driver's side when installed in the car.

Also, the total width of the full package, from the front of the car to the firewall.

PS - Here's my car. I need to know if the 3.0/3.2 engine/transaxle are going to fit side to side. I'd like to install directly behind the "cockpit" so the car goes from being rear engine to mid engine.

Welcome to the forum. You need to do search on this members thread. 3d914 He is using a 3.2 with Porsche transaxle. Here is link with picture of motor. I am doing the RWD setup. I say you can learn alot from him. Maurice
