How hard is it swapping a 3.0 to another 3.0.. is there alot of things involved or is it just time consuming. Any tips or suggestions??

That would be the easiest, but why not go to the 3.2?? It would be more time consuming than anything, there really is nothing to "think out".

It is not too hard, if you are a MR Fixit kind of guy. If you would change your own clutch, then you should be able to do this. IMO Craig
