Engine Still Shaking!!! Help

I just did a complete 60k service on my fathers 94atx. I figured the reason why his car in the past was going bad was because of the plgs, wires, cps sensor, waterpump. Well I did the 60k service(complete) and the car is still shaking. Meaning the motor shakes back and forth when I start it. motor mounts are still good. The car does not give any problematic codes. I figure the fuel filter, o2 sensors. Any feedback. Thanks
