Engine Knocking!

It is doing it all the time.It dont stop at all. Anyone know why? Its not anything with suspension like the last post!Definatley coming from the engine!

It's kind of hard to diagnose abnormal sounds over the internet. Where is the knocking coming from? Top end, bottom end?

How many miles on the engine? Looked at the cams lately?
