I ran the KOEO and KOER tests and got the following codes: KOEO = 113, 542 KOER = 998, 113. Any ideas as to what these mean and what the problem(s) might be? Before I put the car in storage (about 7 months ago), the check engine lite wasn't on. I just completed 60K and replaced the clutch. The car is running fine. Thank you for the help.

My source shows for 998:

998 (KOER) Did not pass Key On Engine Off test yet (Get 111 in KOEO first)
(KOEO) Transmission Electronic Pressure Control (EPC) solenoid/circuit fault - Transmissions
