Emergent Crank gear woodrough key or size needed !

I posted this in the wrong forum a minute ago, but here goes:

I need to know the size / dimensions of this key, if anyone knows it:

It's the key between the crank and the crank gear. The one on mine has totally shaved the gear side of the key OFF, and the gear is totally chewed out so I can't measure it. My gear spun about 9 degrees once the key got chewed out of there. Thank Goodness it's a non interference engine.

If anyone knows, please lemme know ASAP so I can get one made and put the thing back together once the gear arrives Wednesday. Or, if you have a spare key, and can overnight it for me, please lemme know too, I can pay with Paypal if you can get it out to me.

I don't have the answer handy except that the woodruff key is discontinued. If you search the forum (and I think there's an article on SHOTimes) for "Crank Cancer" you should find information about what you're dealing with.

Well, I have some of the last new crank woodruff keys floating around, along with new & used crank timing gears, if you get stuck. Pricing's on my excess inventory page.

Turns out it's 5MM, or 195 thousandths, I'll get one made here in the morning, I got the gear already from Ford.
