Sunroof: Everything is mostly discontinued so good luck finding all of that. Best bet would be to go through a junkyard and find good parts, that are better than yours.

The Paint: Depends on what kind of body shop does it, and how much $ you want to spend. You can spend $500 or $4000.

Edit: I really don't see how this is an emergency
