Just finished installing mine, and I LOVE IT. Anytime someone's headlights shine on the mirror (and reflect into your eyes) the mirror tints itself, then returns to normal when the headlights go away. The unit in my car is from an '89 Continental, and I have the wiring specs now if anyone needs them ([email protected]) and I will send you the info you need.

P.S. the only problem I have run into is finding a +12V switched wire in my car. I wired it off the dome light (for now) and I just have to keep reminding myself to turn the mirror off (when I exit the car). Oh, and any tricks/tips about running the wires down the a-pillar and getting them to come out in behind the glove box ARE APPREACIATED as is any info on the +12V SWITCHED!

Just a thought... If you have an aftermarket stereo head unit in your car you can wire the mirror to your remote line in the wiring harness and as long as your stereo is on you will have power to the mirror. My only question is I am not sure whether or not the remote is powered or not??? Just thought it might help!
