who here has the eibach pro-kit with stock struts on their SHO? if anyone. i am thinking about lowering my car a little bit, but i want to see what the stance will be. so if you have pics that would be great lol thanks!

I would not use them on stock struts, you should get new struts. I would recommend Konis, but some have been able to use Monroes. KYBs don't seem to do well.

Monroe SensaTrac's are great with Eibachs.

Stock, not so much.

where can i find some konis or monroes for it?

and what do you mean by some have been able to use the monroes? lol

all over the internet. the koni's are in performance oriented sites usually. The monroes can be found anywhere.

You can get Monroes at your local partss store, RockAuto, etc.... They are a stock replacment stut and some seem ot have had success, though I dont know about longevity.

Konis are by far the best strut you can get for the SHO. They are adjustable. SHONut, SHOX, ebay, etc sells them. You do need to cut your struts to install them, but I can help with that. Also make sure you order the correct length for the rears.

i found a kit that has the konis with the eibachs on them already for 750 from i think it was SHOX. is that a good deal? i don't know much about modding the SHO lol it's only a DD for me.

That seems pretty good.

Like I said keep in mind you will have to order for the correct lengths which usually corresponds to the years. You will be cutting stock struts to fit the Konis. I can get some precut struts if that will help.

ok good. i won't be getting ripped off then lol.

the kit they have is for the 93 SHO. so i would imagine it has the correct length struts all around

Not necessarily, but it should be right. The best way to check is measure under the knuckle. The long tube is 4" and the short tube is around 2.5".
