Not out west here Jason.. Ive seen 911's, GT3 RS's, Lambo's, Ferrari's, I've seen one Ford GT and a new ZR-1 etc. ****, yesterday Tim and I wizzed by an SLK55 AMG.. That being said, I've seen a few of those cars on AAA or dearler tow trucks or on the side of the road. I've seen plenty of Corvettes, Camaro's, Mustangs on flat beds.. Its a machine, they are going to break, it happens. Yes, I understand buying a NEW car should warrant some better sleeping at night knowing that your car is always going to start the next day, but if I wanted to know I was never going to have a problem with my car, I certainly wouldn't buy a performance car.. When you build an engine with a higher hp/liter ratio than a Corvette, it's probably not going to be a zero maintenance 40000000000000 mile car like a plain jane camry or accord...
I agree with way2evil... and i guess that's why I don't understand why the OP is seeking legal advise for a situation that has been handled in a timely and VERY reasonable manner.. Trust me, you could have a MUCH more difficult time warranty or not.. Be glad your getting an entire new engine..
Also, your worried about the dealer not doing a proper job installing it? I bet there is a millage/ warranty for their labor too. Talk to the service manager if you so concerned.
