ECC codes....what?

Im having problems still with my idle speed.
Its still doing the ol chugga chugga ...die.
Ive changed plugs...cleaned the IAB...replaced the TPS.
tried the reset method.....nada
I dont know about the OS sensors. Prolly should change those?
Anyway...how do I check the ECC codes ? And will these tell me just what the **** is going on here?
Whos got the rig to do this?...Ford Dealer?
Can I do it?

yeah, you can do it, and it is actually quite simple to do it. Just takes a little time to get a hang of reading the blinking CEL...
