On the ebrake line, is there a tensioner to where you can loosen/tighten it? To dark and cold for me to go out and check right now. We removed the calipers, and now the e brake cable wont come out far enough to place it back into the caliper, so I need to losen it.

Also, when I press the brakes, I must push it about an inch before I feel pressure. Does this mean theres still air in the lines? Just do some more bleeding I guess?

You can use an adjustable plier, just tug on it. The adjustments can also be found in front of the rear left tire.

The e-brake cable runs right along the drivers side rocker panel and the adjuster is found just behind the front drivers side door. Hopefully it isn't rusted solid like mine. Oh and is a threaded rod that is attached to a bracket. The cable from the e-brake pedal runs to this bracket and then the other two e-brake cables to each rear tire run from this bracket IIRC.

Follow the e-brake cable, it'll lead you just under the driver side rear door. There's a tensioner there, you need to adjust the nut....
