I can't remember all of the specific codes but have you checked the vacuum lines leading to the back of the eatc to make sure they are not leaking?

Error Code Detected Condition
01 Replace Control Assembly
02 Blend Door Problem
03 In-Vehicle Temp Sensor Open or Short
04 Ambient Temp Sensor Open or Short
05 Sunload Sensor Short
888 Testing Complete No Test Failure

02 means you've got a blend door issue... Most likely a failed BDA. A search for "BDA replacement" or "failed BDA" should yield some good results.

Good luck!

Just want to say thanks to both for the info. I'm going to sheck the hoses today because before I put in the hard button eatc I had no problen with the BDA. So I'm going to start there and see if that fixed it.

Thanks again will keep ya posted

Aha, that is a horse of a different color. An 02 code that starts with an EATC change is most likely a problem with the swap, not the BDA. Check the vacuum hose connections on the back, make sure you're holding them down with those cheap-o nuts, and make sure the wiring harness is fully seated.

If all that checks out and the 02 code is still present, you might try swapping the original back in just to test, and if the 02 code goes away, then you can pretty much conclude that the new EATC unit itself is probably faulty.
