I don't know about the Russel lines, but I put the Earl's on about 5,000 miles ago and they work great. Got them thru RCM and they make a real neat and clean installation.

I have the EARLS installed on my 89. I also have PBR calipers and the EARLS rub the inside of the wheel when turning either direction. Does anyone else have this problem. They were professionally installed. I am going to have to remove them as there appears to be no way to secure them from rubbing and allow room for full suspension unloading at the same time.... The back work fine.

Had the same scenario with my Earls / '89 except the drivers side front line actually breached after the wheel weight whacked it one too many times. I never knew it was rubbing. Lost my brakes in fast moving rush hour traffic on 684 south in NY, barely saved the car - and me.

Be careful with that aftermarket stuff guys.

Hate to say it but run a search. There have been a few members with this issue. I forget what they did to fix this issue but I remember it being posted a few times. It's in here somewhere.
