I'm thinking about getting an E30 tune for my 2010 SHO from Torrie... I know he has had some good results from doing E30 tunes on ecoboost platforms.

Basically what I want to know is what you guys think about running E30 in this car.. Is it safe? Will it harm anything? Short run/long run? Cause wear over time? Just basic things like that.

I have a 100 octane tune but there's no 100 octane available where I am, and e30 is similar to 100 octane. Would be a nice cheap upgrade when I want a little more go in my SHO.

If Torrie says it's OK to run on the SHO, do it. But would likely be reserved for track use. Long term, I believe you are not supposed to be running over E15 per the mfr. I don't know if the fuel system internals (seals for instance) will hold up to the "attack" from higher E fuel over the long haul. Another good question to ask Torrie :)
