Whatup forum got a problem. My E-Brake indicator light stays on all the time now that I have installed my sound system. Sometimes it kind of blinks when the subs hit. Could the sensor be loose, if so where is the sensor.

THanks in advance

First thing you should do is check your brake fluid level in the reservoir. BTW its not just a E-brake indicator. It also warns you about low fluid level in your master cylinder.

The sensor is more like a switch. If your fluid levels check out, then have a look above the e-brake pedal. My '91 had the rubber stopper in the wrong place on the pedal and never fully depressed the switch. Check yours and see if the switch is getting good pressure on it when the pedal is in the 'up' position.
