E-brake cable price?

I can`t find an e brake cable on Carparts,anyone know around what they cost?Also,mine sticks on only 1 side,but i can pop it free with a screwdriver(i`ve only tried it once,then released it).Do you think i can just try it again a few times to get it to move smoothly?

Had mine done at Perf Plus last year, '92 MTX. Did the Drivers side rear and all the way to the pedal. Here's the part #
