having had both, the dynomax is quieter with a nice mellow tone, whereas the flowmaster is a bit louder with a more aggressive tone when on the throttle.

I wanna know what system was used when those flowmasters sound like crap. maybe its my tune but I don't think they sound bad... I could use a little larger resonator, but it dosen't sound like a fart can at all.

i am putting a 27" 2.25 flowtech cherry bomb in place of the stock resonator. with 40ser. 2.5" flowmasters if i can find them. or the dyno superflow 2.5" that i found for $55@ i am debating on RCMs catback system with dyno's for $300. but want to do it cheap as possible for now and upgrade later. think that configuration will sound good? with the glass pack and dyno's? i had magna flows didnt like them to raspy.

Yes the glass pack with dynomax seems to be the way to go , Magnaflow is what I got and its a tad too loud....

That glass pack seems a bit narrow. FWIW, i am using a 4.5"x24" glass pack and it made a huge difference with my dynomax kit.
