I took my Flex today to get a dyno done before the new ATP turbos get here next week. This dyno is the stock turbos upgraded with a billet stock size (48mm) compressor wheel on my baby Garrett GT15 stock turbos. I was fighting some tuning gremlins but we were able to get this run out clean rolling in late at 3500RPM to WOT. I had another dyno that actually hit 480+ HP but the throttle closed and shut the run down.

The crazy curves are due to us having to baby the car into high boost, I need to do a better job of tuning fuel AND the car was lifting off the rollers if we floored it down low. The previous curves were from when I dyno'd my car on E85/91 octane mixture with stock turbos.

With the ATP's I'm hoping for 600WHP soon on the Flex, hopefully 2 to 3 weeks.

BTW, this car now holds the record for highest HP Ecoboost ANYTHING.

Just remember this graph is NOT CLEAN! It was us compensating for the ECU fighting us and the aux fuel system. We had to roll into the throttle get the HP and then roll out quickly. The lower numbers are the stock turbo power 400/472 a few months back.

Anything new on this? Able to generate any clean graphs yet? Wouldn't mind having 480hp in my SHO; also wouldn't mind knowing the tranny could deal with it well

I put to down 600/642 on my upgraded turbos with clean dyno graphs. However the transmission was not happy with that. On pump gas with the ATP turbos the car is doing fine for BDP - Mike. He's waiting for hot pipes then a retune and a dyno.

I'm loving this stuff now that a new Camry has 48 more hp than a stock gen 1 and 2.

I was fortunate to get a ride in 4DR's Flex in mid- October! Fantastic acceleration in 3rd!

Unfortunately, when another EB owner (a SHO) got into the 11's first. 4DR has parted out his mods, sold the Flex and is not a CTS-V Coupe owner.

Yup, busy setting up the V for 10's. Hopefully beyond :) It is Mike's belief that the transmission is the next big frontier & challenge, technically & financially.

Yup. Pipes just shipped.

Gotta arrange for powder coating and then install.

Hopefully before Christmas.

We'll see.

Either way, trip to LMS not likely to occur until sometime in January or February at the latest

Winter snowfall can be a real challenge on the Michigan side of the lake.
