Dual lightweight air box

I started this project Friday I'm now 85% complete in producing dual intake airboxs. This Saturday I'll be running the first test run on two different kinds of materials thickness. The new Air boxes will be lightweight ABS plastic 1/8" and 1/4" will be testing the two to see its durability. Plus I will be designing a snorkel for more air to flow into the box and will be designing a closure of the box so no HOT air from the engine bay gets into the box..

First template in black then transferred it to wood for more precise cutouts on the plastic sheet.
made two walls locking into each other for more strength

Front filter support so it doesn't put stress on filter for more stability. still working on that.

Worked on making the templates for the air-Ram kit today. Here's a few pics of today's adventure.
First pictures cutting open the restricted air vent.
Second picture shows the air going right into the air box.
Third picture shows a complete setup where the air goes through the grill shooting up into the air box. Then the top half of the grill and Hood has about an 1" gap. But can get about 2" if I cut a notch off the top part of the grill above the blue tape.

Okay here's the update I formed everything out got a template just waiting for my shipment of plastic to come in which got lost in FedEx delivery this week . it's a two piece air ram kit I guess it would be called. The one piece goes down in the grill next to the left headlight this is not compatible with stock grills. The second piece will go right on top of the bottom piece cutting is required on the car as you'll see in the pictures. I'm reconfiguring the airbox so it'll connect to the top piece of the air ram system.
I have everything ready to go made The Jig to melt and bend the plastic.
