Time has been so limited for me lately, another run of hotpipe will probably not happen anytime soon.

As far as the DP's, I am trying to get some free time to dedicate to it. I may have to refund everyone who has paid, and wait until I have all the pipes ready to ship before I take any moolah.

Here are some pics in the meantime.

This is the 15degree bend I need to replicate. The top section is a 45, then the v-band, then a 15, then a 90 into the catback area.

As you can see from the last pic, the v-band section has 'mating' flanges, a real nice touch.

If you do not mind waiting just a few more weeks. What I can do is give a shipping refund for all who have already paid (about $15-20).

Refund?

TT,
Yes, I can wait... just keep the money, no refund needed for shipping...as you will need it to cover the shipping cost.:thumb:

I can wait too. In fact would rather wait a few more weeks than have a refund. Shipping refund is not necessary either...you need to cover all your costs plus. The delay is worth it.

Yes, just got another shipment of v-bands and various bends delivered to my door, enough to do 4 downpipes (which I think is everyone who on the list right now). Should be able to get a lot of work done over Christmas time.

Thank you for your patience gents! Two pipes will be shipped this week, the rest to follow shortly. There is one more weld than I had wanted, but since I do not have a mandrel bender, I ended up scrapping the idea of making one of the bends myself, and will just be ordering 45's that I cut in half for 22 1/2's. But they are looking great, I think you will guys will like these a lot!

I am shipping the pipes with one of the lower sections tack welded only, so that it can shortened or lengthened easier, if need be. If it fits good out of the box, you can just have the seem welded up when you get the flanges. But it is important that it stay 'clocked' as it is, because this has a big effect on the placement of the upper part of the pipe. Also, the upper section, due to the v-band, can be clocked as well, so that it can be better fit to various turbo setups. But again, the lower section, because of the v-band being on a 22 1/2 degree section of pipe, needs to stay clocked to the lower 90 degree section as it is shipped. I will include an instruction sheet.
