Ok so i left my windows down and sunroof open after work one day last week and sure enough it rained. I had left to take my sister somewhere and didnt take my car. So my car was at home with the windows down and no key to put them up. To give you an idea how much it rained... well the cup holder was briming. I almost cried. so after a week of it in the garage trying to dry it it seems to be dry. everything works correctly except for the door locks seats and the trunk with the remote. the windows everything else is fine. when i try to lock it with the remote the horn honks but no lock movement. and the trunk doesnt open with the remote either. i checked the fuse then i realized that the windows are on the same one and they work so that isnt it. but ny ideas you guys might have would be greatly appriciated.

A couple of thoughts:
You checked the fuse but did you check the relay?
Check for battery power to the switchs.

Check for battery power to the lock solenoids. Activate the switch ansd see if the meter shows voltage at the lock solenoid connection, seat motor, etc.

Check for a "ground" problem or a short in the harness and check for continuity in the harness (check the posted wiring harness schematics for the color and locations of the wires.)

Activate the solinoids, and whatever else is not working, with battery voltage . This way you will know what item is not working, e.g. the rear trunk lock solinoid. If all the items are working with battery voltage applied, then the problem is either a switch or a connection problem.
